Liquid membrane balcony waterproofing
The balcony surface and perimeter details were prepared before the liquid membrane system was applied. Particular attention was given to the junctions around the walls, parapets and doorway, where careful detailing is essential to create a continuous waterproof finish.
The membrane was built up across the balcony floor and continued around the upstands and edges. The completed dark finish creates a seamless weather-resistant covering without exposed joints across the main surface.
