Opening up the leaking dormer roof
The concrete tile covering was opened to inspect the affected roof detail. The photographs show the old underlay and exposed timber, followed by new underlay and timber fitted beneath the covering.
The concrete tiles and ridge covering were then reinstated. This Galway project shows the condition before repair, the work beneath the tiles and the completed roof detail.
