Replacing the damaged roof vent
A damaged or poorly sealed roof vent can allow water to enter beneath the roof covering. The affected slates were carefully removed to expose the vent connection and surrounding underlay.
A replacement vent was installed and integrated with the roof covering before the slates were reinstated around it. The completed repair restores the ventilation point while protecting the roof from further leakage.
