Helping the roof space breathe
Fox Roofing and Construction installed a roof tile vent on this property in Loughrea. The ventilation allows air to circulate in the roof space, helping reduce moisture build-up, condensation and the risk of mould.
The photographs show the roof opened for preparation, the vent being fitted and the completed installation with the surrounding tiles reinstated.
